ABOUT THE ROLE

 Key to the company's success, Brosnan's support staff are professional members of the team. The role is customer focused, you must have a willingness to support others by undertaking assigned tasks in the areas of reception, office administration and support to individual teams. You will be the voice and face to our customers while managing the details of the office environment.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception - answering all incoming phone calls and assist with all general queries
  • Manage Outlook calendars 
  • Procurement in the areas of stationery, office supplies and IT setup
  • Photocopying and binding as necessary
  • Support the HR Team with inductions 
  • Manage employee timesheets
  • Provide a high level of customer service in all dealings with clients and external parties
  • Responsible for keeping reception/kitchen/meeting rooms clean and tidy
  • Manage incoming and outgoing IT resources and computer setup

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in customer service roles and/or administrative
  • IT Savvy
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Suite
