    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a new position that will play a key role in Brosnan's tender process for securing new business. We are looking for a happy, positive team player with great design and written skills. To be successful, you will be self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to manage competing deadlines without breaking a sweat. 


    • Must have a working knowledge of Adobe programs
    • Coordinate the writing, editing and layout of all tender submissions
    • Support the marketing of key company projects including writing project descriptions and promoting projects across digital and social media
    • Assist with a variety of ad hoc marketing and communication tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Social media marketing
    • Arranging merchandise
    • Liaising with external suppliers such as photographers, videographers and advertising agencies
    • Producing various marketing and communication pieces such as brochures and posters
    • Assist with writing and distributing monthly staff e-newsletter


    • An excellent writer and proof-reader with the ability to turn technical information into easily readable laymen's terms
    • A working knowledge of Adobe programs is preferred
    • A knowledge of social media marketing would be advantageous but not essential
    • Prior experience in Marketing and/or Communications
