The Auckland Regional Manager position is available due to promotion. This is a key leadership role in a growing National business. You will be working, with high performing, ambitious team members, who are experts in the field of Construction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile, complex commercial projects, participating in all aspects of commercial and contractual management.


  • Plan, lead, and manage the execution of the annual business plan
  • Build, promote and protect the brand image, ensuring effective stakeholder relationships are built at all levels
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team in the production of tenders and proposals
  • Lead, coach and mentor direct reports
  • Monthly reporting
  • Manage stakeholder communication
  • Maintain a professional level of communication in all aspect of stakeholder management
  • Personally, lead negotiations and ensure that the Region maximises its position
  • Manage risks and liabilities
  • Responsible to keep abreast of change to legislation, local body bylaws and the contractual environment
