  • Preconstruction
    • Extensively plan and programme projects
    • Work closely with the Estimators ensuring price and methodology are aligned
    • Prepare traffic management, site staging, scaffolding, and propping plans
    • Prepare concept designs for temporary works, and obtain proposals for the detailed design of the same  
    • Identify design co-ordination issues and ambiguity
    • Identify our non-building obligations and estimate the cost of complying with the same
    • Contribute to post bid design changes, value engineering, and negotiations
  • Construction    
    • Together with the Commercial and Regional Manager identify the requirements for a successful project team.
    • With the support of the Commercial and Regional Manager lead the project team to deliver a successful project


  • Proven experience delivering successful projects from start to finish
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Computer Literate and IT savvy
