About us

Brosnan Maintenance plans and delivers maintenance work. We provide best-practice asset management services, including long-term maintenance plans, annual preventative maintenance plans, facilities management, and project management. Brosnan Maintenance gives our clients assurance that the value created during the construction of their building is retained for its lifetime.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will provide advisory, construction management and project management services to deliver required construction work within the Asset Management plan of various buildings. You will own projects which are initiated from various phases throughout the project lifecycle.

The role supports the Head of Projects who owns the program and project management of Brosnan Maintenance. The Head of Projects leads the delivery of a program of end-to-end construction projects ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled.

The role is responsible for working with Brosnan Maintenance clients to support them in identifying, scoping and completing projects for their buildings. The projects fall outside of the maintenance plan but are necessary and key to the overall Asset Management plan. This will include (but is not limited) construction work to replace building components, remedying building defects and upgrade or improvement projects (such as EV charging, solar panels).

The Project Manager will be responsible for engaging and coordinating various stakeholders within the Built Environment. This includes professional services, contractors, and specialist trade contractors.
