The role

Are you a marketing, brand and communications specialist with a strong interest in the vertical environment around you and making a positive difference? We are looking for a multi-disciplined MarComms Manager to drive and deliver the marketing, branding and communications strategy across the Brosnan Group. You will have solid brand, channel, and communications experience, taking a hands-on approach with a growing business.

You will have the opportunity to work on several diverse, challenging, and exciting projects with a talented and supportive team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality communication products, including media releases, talking points, speeches, social media, web content, and newsletters
  • Create presentations, reports and various material for Executive Team and Board purposes
  • Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide advice on communications and engagement strategies for significant projects
  • Managing the standards and presentation of all external-facing materials
  • Develop and deliver engaging communications
  • Promote alternative content to reach new audiences and support new commercial revenue streams

Skills and Experience

  • Eight-plus years' experience in communications, brand management and digital marketing
  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communications, or relevant work experience
  • Strong customer focus, including a clear and structured approach to understanding the customers' needs, create and implement customer engagement strategies, and associated performance reporting
  • Excellent contemporary written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write for several different audiences
  • Enthusiasm and interest in working with stakeholders to build exciting and compelling content
  • Innovative and passionate about social media communications bring some zing!
  • Experience with web-based interfaces
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords and know how to leverage them
  • A good understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
